Who owns the Container? When I try to have something shipped FCL, do I have to buy a container? Do I rent it? I've been trying to figure it all out, but every service wants me to sign up and create an account before they'll tell me anything

Do you need cooperation from China?

If an importer brings in 10k worth of products from PRC, and 1/5 of the products are AD/CVD. Will the AD duty be applied on the entire invoice of 10k or will antidumping duty apply to only the items that were actually under the AD/CVD HTS?

Hi, Does your load get taken to a warehouse on or near the port? If it does go to a warehouse, do you have to have a CDL to pickup or can a regular vehicle pick up the load (only 2000 lbs load)? Considering Port of LA or Long Beach.
